Money-Back Guarantee Policy
So, let’s be clear about what that means:
- You have 60 or 90 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of your purchase price if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason.
- Our money-back guarantees are valid for one (1) refund per person for either 1 x 120 capsule product, 1 x 90 capsule product or 2 x 60 capsule products.
- Our money-back guarantees apply to purchases made via meno-me.com only. They don’t apply to free promotional product or samples. Indeed, these are yours to keep!
- Our money-back guarantees also apply to product purchased through MenoMe®’s subscription service. The date of purchase is the date your credit card was first charged.

How it works
Request your refund within 60 or 90 days from the date of purchase by contacting us at accounts@meno-me.com. It will help if you have your invoice number handy. Otherwise, your name and address will do.
For purchases made through our subscription service (continuous automatic monthly shipments), contact us within 60 or 90 days from the date of your first purchase at accounts@meno-me.com. A refund will be issued to the credit card on file associated with your program membership. Please note that a request for a refund will result in the cancellation of your membership in the subscription service for the product. As a result, we will cease all future automatic shipments.
Refunds are for the product only and don’t include freight.
We will process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving your claim.
